See cleanli live in 30 minutes

Audit-ready. Automated. Transparent.

For hospital owners, administrators, and housekeeping heads. You will see the dashboard, room and bed status, and cleaning records — and leave knowing whether cleanli fits your hospital.

Automated documentation

Records are created with the clean, not after it. No tick sheets. No backfilling.

Real-time status

Live room and bed status — for admission, discharge, and the nursing station.

Audit-ready evidence

Sensor-verified, time-stamped, exportable. Ready when NABH or inspection arrives.

Low manual effort

Housekeeping does not document. The system captures presence and completion.

When a demo is worth it

Typical situations in Indian hospitals

If any of these sound familiar, look at the live system now — not after the next inspection.

Paper registers and clipboards

Lists are filled in later, go missing, or cannot be found when the assessor walks the ward.

No reliable proof

You cannot show where and when a room was cleaned — or whether the entry is true.

Heavy load on supervisors

Housekeeping and infection control chase staff on foot instead of seeing exceptions on a screen.

Unclear room and bed status

Admission and discharge wait because nobody is sure the room is actually free and clean.

What you actually gain

Four outcomes we show in the demo

Not a feature list. Four results hospital owners, admin, and housekeeping need on the floor.

01

Automate documentation

Sensor-verified records with no extra step for the housekeeping team.

02

Create real-time visibility

Traffic-light status for rooms and beds — visible from any desk or phone.

03

Improve audit readiness

Full history, alerts on missed cycles, export as PDF or Excel for NABH.

04

Cut supervision effort

Leaders manage exceptions, not rounds. Less chasing, more control.

How it works

A short look at the product

This is what you see in the demo — on wards like yours, not on a generic slide.

Dashboard

One view of progress, traffic lights, and reports for admin and infection control.

Room and bed status

Ready, in progress, or overdue — including washrooms and discharge rooms.

Cleaning records

Time-stamped, sensor-validated history. Open on phone, tablet, or desktop.

Alerts & exceptions

Missed cycles, delays, and gaps arrive as an alert — not as a surprise on audit day.

The meeting

What happens in 30 minutes

Not a pitch. A working session: your current setup, the live system, your use case, and a clear next step.

01

Understand your setup

How do you document today? How many beds and units? Where does the pain sit?

02

Show cleanli live

Portal, traffic lights, records, and alerts on the real system — not a screenshot.

03

Walk your use case

Discharge TAT, isolation, NABH, or a multi-hospital group — the case that matters to you.

04

Check the fit

Does it fit? If yes: trial install or next workshop. If not: an honest no.

Open questions

Questions that come up before the meeting

Short answers here. We go deeper in the demo only if it matters for your hospital.

How is data handled?

OPTANIUM operates from Chennai and Germany. The app stores cleaning and presence data, not marketing profiles. Housekeeping staff are not identified as individuals inside the system. Transfer is encrypted. We will walk through your IT and privacy questions in the demo.

How heavy is implementation?

Beacons or sensors and optional ePaper displays in rooms. Housekeeping works as they do today — phone or badge in the pocket, no extra app habit on the floor. Battery life is measured in years. In the meeting we outline effort for your bed count and units.

Does it work across multiple hospitals?

Yes. One portal, several units. Dashboards, reports, and alerts can be group-wide or hospital-wise — typical for chains and groups with more than one site.

What about integrations?

Excel and PDF export for audits. API access for systems you already run. QR service orders for cleaning, repair, and porter. We will not promise a connector we have not seen on your side.

What does this mean for day-to-day operations?

No training marathon for housekeeping. The gain sits with owners, admin, and infection control: fewer spot checks, faster bed release, records you can stand behind. Hospitals report less supervisor time. Whether that holds for you, we check against your setup — not a brochure.

Ready for 30 minutes of clarity?

You see the system live and leave with an assessment — not a stack of slides.
